This set of pages is dedicated to TRON, one of the best films ever created.
For the most part, the movie takes place inside a computer. The filming for the "real world" sequences was done in color, but the filming for the scenes inside the computer were done in black and white. Color was added later using computer generated effects.
The music (click to hear a RealAudio sample) of TRON was mostly created by Wendy Carlos using a MOOG synthesizer. Other than the music which she created for the film, there were two song by the group Journey: "Only Solutions" and the hard to find "1990's Theme".
This image gallery is made up of images from the TRON trading card set. Larger images are not currently available due to the amount of space they would consume. The images, in their current form, consume approximately one and a hald megabytes of space. At a future point, the images might be cropped so they do not have white borders. The reason for the current state of the images is that they were created quickly so they could be added to this page without delay.
Special note:
-Some images may look faded. This is due to a brightness change
made to make the images clearer on some darker monitors.
-Some images have a flawed strip in the center. This is due to flaws on the
cards themselves. I purchased the set second hand, so there are a number of
imperfections.
With these things in mind, please enjoy the images! Feel free to copy them onto your own computer to make quality adjustments.
